Two days ago I received an email from Bart, which I thought was weird because he has access to my cell-phone number if he really wants to get a hold of me.

It seems good old TL Wahl somehow convinced Bart to take down the post and the accompanying second post with a picture of my "mom" (this made me sad).

Communicating a threat is also a felony, as I stated before so is misrepresenting yourself electronically for the purposes of information gathering. You really don't know you federal wire-fraud laws do you.
The first amendment to our constitution allows me to say and write pretty much anything I want on any subject that I want. Nothing in that article was not a matter of public record. You can Google "TL WAHL" and still get all kinds of information about your activities.
To tell you the truth Tom, I had no intention of writing anything else about you again...however I have since graduated from writing short stories to performing on stage, do you really want to mess with a man with a microphone and an audience both live and internet? Did you really intend on giving me a REASON to write about you? Certainly making threats and trying to falsify an online presence are worthy of another post on Ubersite. Tell you what, you keep your threats to yourself, and NEVER contact me again except to acknowledge the receipt of this email.
Anything else or do I go to the FBI for electronic threats made over the Internet?

I think though that the coup d'grace was contacting his email provider and complaining about getting threatening/harassing emails.

Reporting his account was kind of a dick move, but ya know what, fuck it, the dude is threatening to track me down in real life, not that I really feel threatened from by a dude in his mid 50's with a piss poor legal track record. I contacted my attorney just to be on the safe side and when he stopped laughing he assured me that TL Wahl has no basis for making legal threats and if he shows up in person my attorney advised me to beat the shit out of him.
What saddens me most is that Bart took down my posts, didn't even tell me in advance, I thought Bartimus loved me, but now I feel forsaken.

After some thought I finally figured out a decent hypothesis as to the reasoning behind TL's anger.
If you google his name, my post is the first thing that comes up. Given his past, I can see why he wouldn't want this as the first thing to pop up when he is googled.

This all sounds pretty dead on except for the "second" post. I only took down the one - My Mom is an Amature Porn Star - that was google cache linked below. The reason why I didn't contact you about it earlier is because there wasn't anything you needed to do and I haven't been online much over the last few days.
The story behind this is that around two years ago, this guy contacted me with a couple of fake names and pretended to be a lawyer claiming "his client" was suffering "emotional distress". I ignored the pretend lawyer and he never contact me again...
... until a couple of weeks ago when he came out firing. Out of nowhere, he sent me a couple of emails threatening to come meet me in a dark alley that I ignored. After that, he started calling my work and sending emails to my coworkers threatening a variety of things and I was asked to take care of the situation or my company was going to file a harassment suit against him.
Trying to defuse things, I told him that I would take down the post since it contained some things that potentially could be classified as defamation. I would give him a 30 day window in which to send a sworn affidavit as a certified letter by US mail to me stating that the information in the post was untrue. If in fact the material was true, he would be violating a variety of laws by sending such a letter. If he doesn't send anything, the post will go back up in 30 days.
At this point, I have been collecting a ton of information about him and have described his behavior to lawyers, police, and the Secret Service. He hasn't made any direct threat of violence, but more so a series of implied threats. There's enough to get a restraining order, although I would rather just let the whole thing die off. I didn't really care enough to contact his email provider, but that's a funny albeit dickish move.
And Hidden, I'm glad you're still obsessed with me. Your insults of "fag" and "child molester" really cut me to the core.

I also used my own real name in that same post, and yes the stage performer comment was a little bit douchey, it was intended to be. It wasn't a threat, but rather a commentary on his thought processes. He is making a big deal out of something I had forgotten about, I am obviously a person who is quite vocal and somewhat of an attention whore...TL is basically waving a red flag in front of a bull and expecting a different result.

If you are talking about the guy who randomly contacted me and tried to get information out of me using Bart's name and then threatened me...He has no grounds.
When things become a matter of public record whether it be a death notice, arrest notice, or really anything that comes uot in public, it can be used by others.
Now if I divulged his tax information, social security info or other PROTECTED information, then yes, he would have grounds, but as it stands, I used information freely available off the internet and my speech is protected by the 1st amendment.

I think it can still be accessed via the way back machine web archive I just haven't had the motivation to search.
Short version: I was searching for my birth parents and ran across these folks who also did amatuer porn and sold the videos in addition to the other fun stuff they were into so I wrote a short story about the possibility of these people possibly being my birth parents.

This would be way more interesting if you gave some background on the oh-so-forbidden banned posts that we can't see so we have no idea what made the guy so mad.
All the internet told me in the 45 seconds it took until I got bored looking was that he and his wife held seminars that included sex acts between the two of them which were found to technically be prostitution since they charged money for people to attend.
