I was working on it all night. While it may be a bit longwinded*, I feel that it is fair and represents the best interests of all parties**.

Yeah, why should we attend to protect ourselves or do anything to discourage criminals in any way? I mean, who are WE to discourage their colorful and culutural lifestyle of rape, murder, and burglary? The solution is obviously gun control. I mean, even if they don't obey any OTHER laws, they'll at least obey the ones politely asking them not to carry firearms. Yes, gun control, community service, and wearing tie-dyed tee shirts and sucking Jerry Garcia's dead, bloated prostate is the way to TRUE civilization.

I'm not interested in paying for some pompous French faggot's meal ticket. I'm MORE than willing to pay to see him get tortured and killed. Jails are essentially a waste of time, space, and resources. I don't believe you can "reform" a criminal, and even if you can, it doesn't modify the fact that they committed a crime. I would suggest the pillory/flogging for minor crimes such as stealing, imbezzelment, perjury etc, and torture/death for more serious crimes.

In todays political climate a "working class" black girl getting raped by someone rich would have gotten more coverage, see the Duke Rape case. I am pretty sure that the girl he raped was "working class".
The victim is only part of this case. Anytime someoen rich and famous gets away with a crime it is news.
