The kid eating spaghetti in the filthy bathtub is the most disturbing to me. Well, that and Reagan. The Exorcist still scares the fuck out of me :(

The kid is from a movie called Gummo, the theme of which is the macabre and disturbing. In that scene the kid is taking a bath and eating spaghetti with a chocolate bar for dessert. While he's eating, his mother lovingly washes his hair and soaps up his back. There's such tenderness and filth that it's truly disturbing. I believe the director said he felt it was the most powerful scene of the film.
